Cafe Culture Co Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through our printing partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

However, if there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Minor colour variations (as colours may appear differently on screens)

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
